Q: Why is all this personal information required?
A: Well for two reasons. To help prevent fraud, we require you to sign-up using valid information. If anything looks suspicious, your account will be suspended. Additionally, your information will be used to mail out the prize.

Q: Will I receive email spam from signing up?
A: NO! Wish4Free will never send blast emails unless there is a change in our service, or something of the utmost importance occurs and members must be notified.

Q: Do you accept international orders?
A: Currently we are only open to U.S. & Canada residents. International transactions may be opened in the future.

Q: How many people per household can sign up to each site?
A: Unfortunately only one may register.

Q: How much time do I have to complete this process?
A: Take as much time as you need. All information is stored securely.

Q: What about taxes? What's the IRS' take on this?
A: Like any job, you are required to submit a form to the IRS. We need each member, whose gifts' value equals or exceeds $600 within a single calendar year, to fill out and submit a W9 form. We will be enforcing this policy quite strictly, and reserve the right to hold your gift until a W9 is received. You can download the form from the IRS's website (http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf).

Q: How does this actually work?!? What is the process?
A: Steps to receive your free gift:
1.)    Sign-up to any site in our network.
2.)    Receive the required amount of credits by completing offers. (Usually 1-2 credits)
3.)    Refer the necessary amount of people by having them sign-up via your referral link.
4.)    Request approval for your account from an admin.
5.)    Dependent upon Step 4, you will be approved, and your gift sent out.

Q: This sounds ridiculous! How can you give away free gifts?
A: It's quite simple. Advertisers pay our affiliates, who in return pay us for each lead we send to the offer's company. It all works on commission. Using this money, we pay for your gift!

A: There are several forums dedicated to this "freebie" industry. Wish4Free highly recommends www.freeipodguide.com, www.anything4free.com, and www.freelunchroom.com, however, we remain non-affiliated with them.

Q: How do I receive my free gift?
A: When you've completed all the necessary steps, Log in and submit your order. First we'll verify that you and your referrals comply within our Terms of Service. Once approved your order will automatically be processed and gift, shipped!

Q: How long does it take to verify my account?
A: Usually very quickly; anywhere from 10 mintues to a few days. However, we are very cautious about fraud, and audit each person's account thoroughly before sending out the gift. Sometimes your account may even be put on hold if we deem necessary. We will contact you, and usually ask for further identification and verification of any credits.

Q: When will I receive my prize?
A: Dependent upon what the item is and which vendor it's shipped from, this varies. Average shipping time would be 3-5 days, however, we're always on the lookout to ship overnight.
